1、What is your return policy?
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

2、Shipping and transit time
Goods shipped from China, we use standard international shipping and international express shipping,arrival time in the United States, standard shipping order payment for 10-20 working days delivery; international express shipping for 8-12 working days delivery after order payment, we will generally send international express shipping.
For goods shipped from the United States, we use standard shipping and econonomy shipping, arrival time is approximately 2-8 business days for delivery depending on the customer's region.
If you are in a hurry for the goods, you can order goods in the fast receiving area; If you need to order other goods please communicate with me in advance, if the delivery date is in time, you can then place an order so as not to delay your important things.
3、Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to change or cancel your order, provided that you do so before we ship your order; if you need to cancel or change your order, please remember to send an email to service@neusin.com in a timely manner; however, we cannot cancel or change your order for you if it has already been shipped.
